Refund policy

At Birdseye Clothing, every piece is built with intention. We stand behind what we ship and want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Every Birdseye piece is made-to-order — printed and finished after you place your order. That keeps quality high and waste low, and it shapes the way we handle returns. Here is exactly how it works.

1. What qualifies for a refund

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Made-to-order pieces are not eligible for “changed my mind” returns — the item was produced specifically for your order.
  • Sale and clearance items are final sale.

2. Always covered

  • If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, we cover the full cost of return shipping.
  • You choose: free replacement or a full refund. No friction.

3. How to request a refund

  • Email us at support@birdseyeclothing.com with your order number and a short note explaining the return.
  • We respond within 1 business day.
  • For non-defect returns, you cover return shipping. For anything caused by us, we cover it.

4. Refund timeline

  • Once your item arrives back to us, we inspect within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
  • If your original payment method is no longer active, we issue store credit instead.

5. What we cannot refund

  • Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or normal wear.
  • We reserve the right to decline a refund if the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria — we will explain why if that is the case.

6. Policy updates

  • We may update this policy as the brand grows. Updates take effect when posted.
  • The version live on our site at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.
