Shipping policy

Every Birdseye piece is made-to-order and printed in the United States. Here is exactly how your order moves from our hands to yours.

1. Order processing

  • Orders are produced and prepared within 3 to 5 business days after payment clears.
  • Production runs Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
  • You receive an email confirmation the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking the moment it ships.

2. Shipping options & rates

  • Free shipping on US orders over $75. No code needed — applied at checkout.
  • Standard US shipping: 3 to 7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited US shipping: available at checkout, 2 to 4 business days after processing.
  • International shipping: available at checkout. Rates and delivery windows vary by destination.

3. International orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
  • International transit can take 7 to 21 business days depending on customs processing.

4. Shipping addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping information before checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to addresses entered incorrectly.
  • Address changes cannot be made after an order enters production. If you catch a mistake within the first hour, email us immediately and we will try to update it before production begins.

5. Tracking

  • Tracking information is emailed the moment your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the first scan.
  • If your tracking has not moved in 5 business days, email us and we will investigate with the carrier.

6. Delays

  • Birdseye Clothing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs holds, or carrier issues beyond our control.
  • In the event of a significant delay, we will reach out and update you on the status of your order.

7. Lost or stolen packages

  • If your package shows delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first — most “missing” packages turn up within 48 hours.
  • If it is truly missing, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will open a carrier investigation.
  • Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility shifts to the customer to ensure a secure delivery location.

8. Policy updates

  • We may update this policy as the brand grows. Updates take effect when posted.
